While this is a Hawkeye release, the back cover also states 'FAB - XXIX - Un Produit de Fabrique Disques', probably a reference to the original Le Terme LP being on Fabrique Disques. According to the Hawkeye story the sound quality wasn't quite good enough to warrant a Hawkeye release, and it wasn't going to be on that label, but in the end it was as the printed labels also confirm
