2. Gold, blue and white front cover, gold and white back cover. Blue vinyl. Blank labels. Also available in orange vinyl with white label.

3. Red, silver and white front cover, silver and white back cover. Available in red or clear or yellow vinyl. Blank labels.

4. White, yellow and black front cover with sticker, black and white back cover. Released in both yellow vinyl and blue vinyl. Blank labels.

5. Blue, red and white front cover, blue and white back cover. Released in blue vinyl, yellow vinyl and green vinyl. Blank labels.
